• Copyrighted artwork and graphic designs
• Apparel designs and branding
• Music, lyrics, sound recordings, and compositions
• Books, publications, and digital content
• Logos, slogans, and promotional materials

Submission of this application does not grant permission or create any licensing rights. All applications are subject to review, verification, and approval by Brick House®. Approval, if granted, will be provided only through a separate written licensing agreement executed by both parties.

Applicants may be required to provide business information, product samples, marketing materials, resale certificates, financial information, and other supporting documentation as part of the review process.

Unauthorized use of any Brick House® intellectual property may constitute trademark infringement, copyright infringement, unfair competition, or other violations of applicable law and may result in legal action.

By submitting this application, you acknowledge that all Brick House® intellectual property remains the exclusive property of its owners and that no rights are granted unless and until a formal written license agreement has been approved and executed.
