Thirty years ago, I watched my son stand on the edge of a dream that seemed destined for greatness. He had the talent, the gift, and the passion to change lives through music. But youth, immaturity, and life’s difficult choices interrupted a journey that was just beginning.

As a mother, I never stopped believing.

I carried the vision long after the spotlight faded. I prayed when others gave up. I remembered the artist he was created to become, even when he couldn’t see it himself.

UNFINISHED BUSINESS is my promise fulfilled.

This album is my conversation with the sixteen-year-old son I once tried to guide, filled with everything I wish he had understood then—faith over fear, purpose over popularity, discipline over distraction, and legacy over temporary success.

These songs represent thirty years of prayers, tears, lessons, forgiveness, and unconditional love. They tell the story of a dream that was delayed, but never destroyed.

Today, my son is a grown mature man, mentoring young men teaching them not to make the mistake he once did. He speaks as a grown man who has lived through triumph, failure, heartbreak, redemption, and God’s grace. His words are the wisdom I prayed one day he would possess.

This isn’t about going back.

It’s about finishing what God started.

Because a mother’s faith never expires… and purpose always finds its way home.
